Built for strength
- Integral cylinder tube. No welds, for greater structural integrity.
- Large seal plate hex shaft minimizes piston twisting.
- Oversized piston spigot gives the clamp head solid support.
- Seal hex plate locked with large bolts and a secure lock plate.
Built for fast service
The tong die clamp head is secured with four bolts and comes off without taking out the tong die. With the right tool, the clamp head swaps out in under two minutes, so the machine is back to work sooner.
Tested and under warranty
All new cylinders undergo extensive cycle and pressure testing to ensure reliability. Each new TorqTek clamp cylinder is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

To make a claim, email info@torqtekinc.com as soon as you find a defect, with your proof of purchase and the cylinder serial number. Then return the cylinder, freight prepaid, to a TorqTek authorized service facility for inspection. Cylinder rebuilds
We rebuild clamp cylinders. During a rebuild we inspect the cylinder thoroughly and make sure all parts are to spec before reassembly. If you prefer to rebuild your own, we carry the replacement parts.
Will it fit my machine?
TorqTek clamp cylinders fit existing breakout machines. To confirm fit, send us the machine make, model and serial number, and the part number if you have it.
